Introduction
This production line enjoys the advantages of high efficiency, low energy cost, high production capacity and economy and rationality.

The procedure of the production line goes like this: the ore is first sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then the ore with a proper size for secondary crushing will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding. The ore powder discharged from the ball mill will be sent to the next procedure: classifying. Because of the different sedimentation rate due to the varied specific gravity, spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture. The cleaned and gouped mixture is sent to magnetic separator, due to the different susceptibility, magnetic substance can be separated from the mixture under magnetic.

Raw Mill Introduction:
Raw mill is mainly used in grinding raw materials and end products in cement plant. It is also suitable for various ores and other materials metallurgy, mine, chemical and construction. Besides, it has two forms of milling, one is an open form, and the other is a recycle close form equipped with powder concentrator. It is widely applied in many industries and has convenient operation.
It has many advantages such as, strong adaptability, continuous production, large crushing ratio, easy to adjust the size of the products. And it is suitable for both dry production and wet production, also can allow the milling and drying processing simultaneously.

Structure features:
1. The end cover and discharging system are streamlined to cut down wind resistance, enlarge the effective volume and make easy to discharge materials, increase the production.
2. Single silo structure, and adopt different structure of liner plate in different section, ensure the high efficiency.
3. Negative pressure; efficiently prevent the phenomenon of powder leaking.
4. Heat preservation measures ensure the drying ability reach 6%-8%.
5. Reserved DCS interface; meet the demand of concentrated control.
