Cone Crusher Introduction:

Operation principles:
S high-efficiency cone crusher mainly consists of frame, shaft coupling, eccentric bearing, bowl shaft, crushing cone, adjustment setting, spring, triangle belt hydraulic setting, etc. And the supplementary part is made up of electric system, oil lubricating system and hydraulic clearing cavity system.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft rotate through the belt pulley or coupling axle, and the eccentric shaft force the shaft coupling and cone rotate a revolution by a fixed point., thus enable the crushing cone swings approach and leave the surface of the crushing wall from time to time. Finally the ore will be crushed by impacting, grinding and bending in the cavity.
