Vertical Cooler Introduction:
Vertical cooler is one main of the active lime equipment. After calcined in the rotary kiln, limes sequentially flow into vertical cooler with refractory lining, and the cross-section of the cooler is square, in which there is a uniform distribution of center cooling cap and chambered cooling cap. Cold cap with pipeline connected to external fan, at the bottom of the cooler there is a outlet, under each outlet there is a motor vibro-discharger. The material accumulate in the cooler covering the cold cap, and form a certain material thickness, cooling air by an external fan blowing into the cold cap through the air chamber. Sprang from the hood, contacted with high temperature materials to complete the heat exchange, Under the action of motor vibro-discharger, the cooled material is gradually passed out of cooler, and the heated air enter into rotary kiln directly from the kiln hood, working as the secondary combustion air.
