Chain Bucket Elevator Introduction:
HL series of chain bucket elevator is a type of round-link chain, which adopts the mode of centrifugal unloading and dig-loading. And its traction mechanism is two circular chains. In our company, this series is suitable for vertical conveying of the materials with the volume density less than1.5 t/m³, the powdery and granular materials are easy to dig, and the small block materials have low abrasiveness, like coal, cement, gravel, sand, chemical fertilizer, and food, etc. Besides, it can convey the materials with the temperature below 250℃.
Main structure:
HL series elevator mainly consists of running part (hopper and tractive chain), the top part with driving chain wheel, the bottom part with tension wheel, intermediate shell, driving device, and backstop and brake device, etc.
